I've been trying MFP for about a week. This is my first attempt at tracking my food and exercise, but definitely not my first attempt at dieting. I struggle with overeating at meals. I tend to eat until I am uncomfortably full. I ran in high school and the beginning of college and I could eat like a lumberjack and not gain weight. I do not currently run and my exercise is pretty moderate, but my eating stayed extreme. A few years back, I was at 175lbs and I am 5Ft 5in. I lost weight and was down to a size 4, but I was using diet pills and eating once or twice a day. I put some of the weight back on and now I’m hoping to shed enough weight to start feeling better and to have more energy.
