I just joined MFP a few days ago. I have always struggled with my weight since highschool. When I was 19 years old I weighed 260 lbs and was able to lose most of due to the South Beach Diet. Now I'm stuck between 180-185 and can't get any lower. I have tried different diets and even diet pills but I just cannout break that barrier. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. I just want to break 180 just know I can do it.

My advice would be to stop dieting and just make it an overall change! Exercise at least 3 times a week, drink plenty of water and make sure you're within your calorie goals provided by MFP.
I tried so many diets and never lost anything until I came here and realized it's a life change.
Good Luck!!!0
