Do I go and pay the $120 that a personal trainer wants to charge me for a Polar Age Assessment or should I go take a free trial membership at the gym where they give it for free? The assessment also gives

•Interactive Body Composition Assessments (Body Fat Percentage)
•Interactive Strength Test
•Interactive Body Weight
•VO2Max Analysis (Cardiovascular Fitness)

I would look into a getting a bodpod done. A lot of colleges have them and some gyms. Mine costs $40 and it will be more accurate than a trainer using calipers on you.0
