So I want to go have my body fat % measured so I know where I am. I know my BMI, but I want to know where I am with my body fat %. Do I go and pay the $120 that a personal trainer wants to charge me for a Polar Age Assessment or should I go take a free trial membership at the gym where they give it for free? The assessment also gives
•Interactive Blood Pressure & Resting Heart Rate
•Interactive Modified Sit & Reach Test (Flexibility)
•Interactive Body Composition Assessments (Body Fat Percentage)
•Interactive Strength Test
•Interactive Body Weight
•VO2Max Analysis (Cardiovascular Fitness)
•Interactive Health Risk Appraisal Assessment
•Nutrition Profile

I would look into a getting a bodpod done. A lot of colleges have them and some gyms. Mine costs $40 and it will be more accurate than a trainer using calipers on you.0
