My goal weight was 225 lbs and my max weight was 280 lbs 100 days ago. I hit the 40 lb weight loss mark around this Monday. I workout in the boiler room garage on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday doing plyometric, strength training, calisthenics, and played 90 minutes of basketball on Tuesday and Thursday of this week. I lost 12 lbs during this heat wave and I speculate it had a lot to do with it. I drank a lot of water and ate a high intake of potassium to prevent cramps and dying. So three more pounds I will be at my goal!!! Can anyone tell me if the heat wave had a lot to do with the 12 lbs in 4 days?
