Just did a search and found it under Bok Choy and her name...

    Chicken & Greens

    2 chicken breast
    2 cups bok choy
    1 tbsp Sesame oil
2/3 cup low sodium chicken broth
    3 cups spinach, lightly packed
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. bottled garlic
    1 tsp. ground ginger

Slice bok choy into 1 inch pieces. Cut chicken into bite size strips. In a bowl stir cornstarch into chicken broth until dissolved. Add garlic & ginger.
Heat oil in frying pan or wok over medium high heat. add chicken and stir-fry until no longer pink,
about 3 min. Add broth mixture & bok choy. Pan will be full but greens will wilt quickly. Stir constantly until chicken is cooked through, 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in spinach. Take off heat. Serve over noodles or rice.
