    None Scale Victory... it took me a while to get the lingo too. welcome

    Non Scale Victory. Sometimes the scale doesn't move but we lose inches or some says something like "wow you've lost weight" Something that makes you feel like you are track that has nothing to do with the scale. Welcome to MFP. If you need a supporter feel free to send a friend request. :o)
