Hello:smile: Wanted to share that coconut water is pretty low on calories and is a good source of electrolytes. More potassium than a banana as well. I add it into my protein shakes.

For those reasons, if you're doing a HEAVY workout for a long time and wind up sweating bullets, it's a MUCH better choice to drink than Gatorade.

If you're not working out that intensely, BTW, you shouldn't be drinking anything other than water, anyway.

I LOVE coconut H2O! Being a daughter of the desert, I am aware of the benefits. This is my 'gatorade' on my long, cross country hikes. Nothing like it!

Has anybody tried alkaline water?? it is 6x more hydrating than regular water and super healthy with the abundance of minerals. your PH is so important to your overall health.

I have a KYK Generation 2 water ionizer and i love it, it is also very well known to aid in WEIGHT LOSS. i have the kyk but i heard other brands such as Tyent are good too. u should get on board this technology has been used in Korea and Japan for over 20 years in hospitals as a medical device and is know to treat all types of ailments due to being over acidic (which most of us are)

Good luck and drink to your health
