    Im leaning more towards a high protein diet anyone have suggestions.....and i prefer salty high protein
    I can recommend a protien shake but it may be a bit too salty in it's flavour.

    No it's not. Anything with the word diet is a marketing ploy. They put extra fat, sugar and sodium in them so people will actually put on weight and therefore keep buying the products. :laugh:

    I do prefer salty tho....is it sticky?
    Very sticky. It can be very messy if you spill it on anything

    :smile: I watch calories and eat good carbs and decent amount of protien that is recommended for my body type. I try (word is try) to watch surgar and sodium intake. Water helps me feel less bloated, and I am bad, I dont always eat back my exercise calories.

    Thanks guys I think I'll go low carb, high donut, low protein, high meat intake and drink soda chased by salt pills with vodka. I'll be ripped in no time!
