Citrus Vinaigrette
Since it's sooooo hot I was hoping to find a new citrus vinaigrette to use in a shrimp salad today. Have used orange recipe from Bobby Flay but thought I would use up the fresh limes I have today. Picked a couple cherry tomatoes from the plant outside and have some red cabbage and lettuces, green onion and herbs. Should be good. Any suggestions or should I just go with my own imagination?

i would just use what youve got, and add a little olive oil, and maybe a little mustard. Possibly a tiny bit of honey if needed0

What ^ said! I would just use some lime or lemon juice, some olive oil, and a little dijon mustard! Simple and yummy!0
