Need a detox

I am feeling like a lump of sh**... i am pretty sure it is due to eating poorly lately and not hitting the gym to sweat it out...
so i am going to eat detox foods for a week or two...

whole grains
nuts, seeds,
fruits
veggies
beans
tea
lemon water

avoiding:
processed, preservatives
alcohol :sad:
high fats food
chocolate

need to clean out. i feel so fat and gross and out of shape

    Please Sabes, don't beat yourself up, go to the gym, get a good workout done and enjoy it.
    DON'T beat youself up, put it down to experience and start a fresh, a lot of these detox's leave you even hungrier and feeling even more sorry for yourself!
    Take care hun, look after yourself and eat right, be good to your body and it will be good to you.:flowerforyou:
