    HI, I'm in the Hills District in Sydney. Started MFP on suggestion of my personal trainer. Have lost 24kg all up (since May last year) with the help of trainer and MFP. Joined MFP last November - works a treat - makes me accountable for what I eat (as trainer can check my diary).
