    Hi Supertracylynn, I am new to MFp, I am Robert 39 mail, I have been working out at the gym for a short time and have lost about 100 pounds. I am looking accountability and build my goals. I am looking at this is away of life not a diet or a short term thing to do. I honestly have never felt so good in my life. My life has really changed for the better. Nice to meet you supertracylynn.     Gotta have a sense of humor about life or it really does become meaningless. An old wise man once told me that these weren't the droids I was looking for.
