Hi everyone!

Hi everybody! My starting weight is 180 and my goal is 140. Over the past 2 years I've gained about 35 pounds because of using food to "cope" with major life issues. I am learning other ways to cope and they are helping ;) I just joined myfitness pal, hoping to find some kind of encouragement/community of other people who know what I am going through. I also need a concrete way to keep track of my weight loss and goals. Hope this goes well! :flowerforyou:
