My fish supper

How does this sound, served 2, my wife and I:
Boiled fish (can't remember what kind, possibly Pollak, some "white" fish. Added a jar of small pearl onions and a can of small potatoes. Used salt when boiling and also added some spices to it.
Was delish.

    Sounds yummy! I'm having fish tonight but just tilapia with some lemon pepper spices on it...I'm not nearly that creative! :laugh:

    me too! ....except I'm using some chipotle seasonings. mmmm!

    Fish tonight here too! Baked wild Alaskan sockeye salmon on top of a big veggietastic salad :)
