    Hello! I signed up earlier today and just completed my introduction. I checked for other introductions and found your post. We almost match! I am starting out at 242. My goal is 130. Later tonight, after my workout, I'll post my exercise. I hope that I will be able to get a ticker like yours: I love dogs! (My "daughter" is a miniature schnauzer.)
