This has been my dinner every night (I eat two) for a week and the extra protein is really helping with my weight loss!

1. Lawry's (or generic brand) marinade..herb & garlic is my favorite

2. Meat thermometer (these are relatively cheap and a quick way to check if chicken is done)

3. Market Day chicken breast...come individually wrapped for easy thawing

4. Tip for not burning....put thawed chicken on before grill is preheated, leave lid up for the first 5 minutes, close lid for the last 2-3

Anyone have anything to add?

Good tips! Love my George Foreman but I usually cook food to death just to make sure it's done...

Thanks for the tip! I have only used the Foreman grill once and really need to start using it more!

I use mine almost daily. I cook turkey bacon, Mahi Mahi, burgers, and chicken. I grill vegetables in it especially different kinds of squash.

I've never done fish before...does it work best when it's packaged from the store or a frozen brand?
