well, being sick, I had a can of chicken soup and a sugar free flavored coffee and a diet cherry 7 up....
made the guys breakfast, 2 boiled eggs nad sour dough toast.
Wish I could have had that, just can't eat when sick.0 -

You might want to consider logging. Not eating enough can hurt weight loss as much as eating too much.0
