 OK, I have lost about 25 lbs, at a rate of about 10lbs a month. All I have done is:

1. Cut out "evil foods"...all Pizza, any white flour item, burgers, fries, pasta, rice and bread (only is small portions). This is really , really important, what I learnt from MFP is a pizza or burger meal is almost an entire day's calories....

- So you wipe out an immense amount of hard work dieting/exercising by having a fast food meal.

2. Eat extra protein less carb; with chinese, italian or indian food only have a handful of rice/pasta rather than a whole plate.

3. Skip breakfast - well only have a coffee and 2-3 biscuits.

4. Exercise - a little bit, on and off.

5. Allow some pleasure, have 1 doughnut/slice cake a week.

6. Also love chocolate, so allow myself 1-2 toffifee/ferrero rocher a day.

you need to eat breakfast , it doesnt matter if your losing weight now your body still needs this energy and this is way more likely to effect your weight loss in the long run. even if its just a piece of toast, a piece of fruit and a glass of milk. thats better than nothing.
