Determining body frame size..

So hubby and I were discussing what body frame size I would be... he says medium, but I've always been told small because of my wrist size. He's like no you just have tiny wrists, no argument there lol.
So of course I google it... found two options. One uses wrist size and the other uses elbow breadth (which is supposed to be more accurate?). For my height (5'7") according the wrist size (mine is 6" around) I'm a small frame, but according to elbow breadth I'm a medium frame. I'm gonna figure maybe I'm actually somewhere in the middle?

I used a few different sites... as I had to figure out what exactly elbow breadth was lol, but this was the main one I was on: http://www.am-i-fat.com/body_frame_size.html
And for elbow breadth here is a good diagram: pjcn.nhri.org.tw/server/bookstore/foodqa/ch4/ch4-2.jpg So you locate the two kind of points of your humerus on either side of your elbow and measure the distance between your two fingers... which is quite difficult to do on your own lol.

I use my body fat percentage to get my lean body mass. I don't necessarily think in terms of small, medium or large frame, but I like knowing exactly what I would weigh with 0% body fat, and then I can judge from there.

I found one site that said a 6" wrist for 5'7" was a large frame (I can't imagine was small frame wrist would be for them!!!), but all the others I found said small frame for 6".
  • I have a 6.5 inch wrist, 5'8 tall, 3.08 elbow breadth= Large Frame.
BMI Calculations say I should weigh 121-165lbs
MET Calculations say I should weigh 146-167
