Congrats on all your hard work!!! I am so happy for all of you and proud of your hard work. As a group, we all lost 35 lbs this week!

Congrats Team 2 on winning the challenge and to Team 4 for being the MVP of the week!! Also, Angela1022 was the person with the highest percentage of weight loss for the whole challenge!! Great work!!

    Great job you guys! How did you all lose the weight? Any special diets out there??
    No tricks, just kept my net cals in the green, did cardio daily with strength training tossed in there on occasion. Strength consisted mostly of what was included in 30DS (only did level 1) and body weight exercises.
