Hello all,
This is my first night on this website. I have a 12 week old son, and am looking to become a more active person. I was down to my goal weight about 2 years ago, and would like to get back down to that weight. I am planning another pregnancy soon, and would like to be healthy and active during this pregnancy, so the lbs wont pack on like they did with my first pregnancy. I am usually good for sticking to things for a few weeks and then if i miss a day, i feel like i have to start all over and it fades until i am no longer sticking with a healthy meal plan and exercise. I have a few good reasons, that im hoping will keep me motivated, im really looking forward to to changing!
