Went to HR today for a United Way meeting and some of the girls at the front (who hadn't seen me for a few months) halfway jokingly told me I was going to need to get a new name badge before too long because I was starting to not look like mine.

What little victories have you celebrated lately?

Also, I bought some new running shirts for this winter in a size smaller than I normally buy because they were at a MAJOR discount and I figured I'd be able to wear them once winter actually got here - I got home and tried them on and can wear them now!!

    So proud of you.

For me, my son (who has not seen me since January) commented that it looked like I had lost some weight!

I had to buy new shorts for the summer. Went to the dressing room with 3 different sizes. 22,20 and 18. Tried on the 18, just for the heck of it and they fit perfect. I started at a size 28, 7 months ago. I have a long way to go but like you said, its the little things that count.
