Who wants a cucumber?

Your probably wondering about the title. The reason for this strange title is to get you to eat more live foods and slowly eliminate a lot of the processed preservatives and sugars that make us fat and clogged up our liver. Just try eating 25% more live foods in your diet and watch the pounds drop off. I tried eating all fruit for 3 days in a row. I had all the fruit I wanted. You would think that all the sugar would make me gain weight, but I lost 1-2lbs a day doing that. So give more live foods a try, your body is made for and wants that.

You know there are so called fruitarians out there. I am not an expert but agree wholeheartedly to the idea of eating whole foods. But don't forget the other food categories also include nutritious wholesome foods including meat, eggs, seeds, nuts, beans, milk, etc.0

That's what we've done, just tried to cut out all processed foods as much as possible.
Our shopping trolley now contain practically nothing but fresh fruit and veg and meat. it's awesome.0 -
Love this, although I'm using veggies instead of fruit!0
