Blasted sugar!

So I found out by tracking that I eat WAY to much sugar!!!!!!! Any suggestions on how not to go over the 24 grams I am only allowed to eat during the day(according to MFP)???????

    Stop tracking your sugar, I did. Was always going over and I never ate sweet stuff. It counts sugar from fruit as well as processed sugar. Best thing is to eat as little processed sugar and ignore the sugar you get from fruit. But seriously consider not tracking it because the limit is ridiculously low.

    You can change the limit to suit you if you go to MY HOME, then GOALS. But yeah, fruit is always going to push up the sugar.

    I've stopped tracking sugar too, I like to eat fruit and I don't agree that it should push me over my limit as it's healthy sugar :)
