Does anyone have any advice or good ideas on how I can make sure I stay on track whilst on my camping holiday in August?
Obviously I will need to eat something, but I don't want to be eating burgers ect too often! HELP!

You could forage nuts and berries! :D j/k

What about lean meat, fish, chicken to throw on the grill there. You could grill up an awesome ka-bob as well!

Raw nuts, Dried fruit berries cut up tons of raw veggies, Eat lean meats like chicken or fish instead of burgers. Red potatoes in the fire are great camping. Eat breakfast. Take some almond milk and Kashi Go Lean High Protein cereal. There are tons of things you can do while camping but don't make excusses like most people do then they come back on wonder why they have gained 5 lbs

Pouch tuna, pouch chicken are good and don't have to be in a cooler. Fresh fruit is good. Special k chips are great and only 110 calories a serving. hard boil some eggs and take with you for the mornings.

Stay active - hike, bike, swim, fish - and maybe you can give yourself a little more flexibility is what you eat for a few days.

Plan you meals/ snacks ahead for the day...and then you will have the calories planned ahead and you wont be stressed when it comes to meal time

On my camping trip, I pre-made hard boiled eggs. I brought asparagus, zucchini, and corn for the grill. Along with some lean sausages. Also, nuts and dried fruit are good. And maybe some apples and grapefruit for snacks.

There's no reason that camping should be anything but healthy. Plus you should be getting lots of exercise hiking around. :-)
    Have fun!
