Hello! I thought I'd post a little newbie enthusiasm on here! I have been using MFP for 7 days and weighed for the first time - 7.5lb off, baby! I'm really happy as I've been yoyo-ing for a little while now. There's something reassuringly structured about this site/app though. Any tips on filling low calorie breakfasts would be appreciated! Lotsa love

I eat Butterer Grits (100 Calories) and 3 slices of Center Cut Bacon (70 Calories) and a Fiber One Brownie Bar (90 Calories - I need the extra fiber)........so there is at least one option for you.0

That all sounds really amazing (and low calorie - hoorah!) but I haven't heard of most of it, are you from the UK?0

No I am not in the UK I am in the USA............Grits is a type of Corn meal......a southern food here...........the Fiber One Bar is a new things here..........90 calories and it has 20% of the daily fiber one needs.0
