I was just checking to see if it's normal to sweat alot more than usually when doing simple task. I normally don't sweat alot but ever since I have been exercising 2 hours a day 5 to 6 days a week for the past 2 weeks i have been sweating more than my usually. I just walked from my car outside and up some steps to my desk and I am sweating like i just did 10 minutes of Insanity lol Just checkng to see if it's happening to any one else I am sweating right now. Geesh!!

This happens to me as well. It doesn't help that I am already a "sweater" but gosh I swear I sweat tons ever since I started working out 4 months ago. I can only imagine that's good because we are getting "microtoxins" out of our body.

Do you also get that nasty white sweat line on dark clothes once the sweat has dried up? I do...it reminds me of salt. Eeewwww!
  • It could be the heat because today I did some simple household chores and have been sweating my *kitten* off

I never had sweat before either but, I didn't drink much water either. That is what I figure mine is. I was so dehydrated before that I couldn't sweat is what I figure. Now that I drink tons of water it just pours!!!!!

I have a thyroid condition, which makes me sweat more, but I have always been a sweater. I hate it. I go out dancing and end up looking like I jumped in the shower! I get the sweat lines too. I can't even think about owning a white bra. It sucks. I like the positie thinking on here though, from now on I will think about all of the toxins melting out of my body

I sweat tons myself. I cannot wear white or light grey shirts because you can see within 20 minutes that I've sweat right through them. It's embarrassing. I've always sweat though. Bummer.

Before MFP I use to sweat in my head of hair, but now LOOK OUT. I'm sweating doing the simplist tasks. My massage therapist advised: it has to do w/the increase in water along with your body trying to excrete toxins. You're building more lean muscle w/helps w/the excretion.
