I'm very happy to say that for once I'm excited to be loosing weight. I started myfitnesspal last week and it's been very hard but thankfully worth it when I weighed myself. I'm trying to loose weight that I put on from my pregnancy and weight that I had put on before that. I got my husband to join with me and that has been a tremendous help having his support. I have a few goals in mind and I'm praying that I will meet them and not give up in frustration and hunger.

One of my short term goals is to be in the 140s by December. I even told myself I would be happy if I could just make it to be 149lbs but I'm shooting for 145lbs. My other short term goal is to be 140lbs by the time I have another baby, That won't be happening for another year so I got some time. My overall weight loss goal is to be 125-130, since it's been forever since I've weighed that less I'm not sure what I would be more comfortable at. So Once I hit 130 lbs I'll see then if I need to loose more.

I know there are going to be tons of hard times loosing weight and lots of time when I feel like I've hit a brick wall and that's why finding support is a must. I'm looking for some other Mommies that are going to be in the same boat as me and are going to be facing with the same obstacles. I know my husband is going to be a great partner in this weight loss adventure but there are going to be a lot of challenges that I'm going to be facing that he's not going to understand because he's a man.

A little bit more about me: I am a mother of a beautiful 8.5 month old baby. I'm lucky enough to be a Stay at home mom in this economy and i'm enjoying all the time I get to spend with my baby. On the flip side I don't get time to go to a gym so my type of exercise is walking, I try and get out and walk at least once a day. I've tried doing workout DVDs but my little one is constantly needing my attention so I don't usually get to do a full workout. So if anyone has any advice on how to add some extra workouts to my day, I am all ears!!! I am also a wonderful cheerleader and would love to gain some weight loss friends so we can help and support each other!!
