We had a wicked storm yesterday that knocked my internet out, so I was without MFP to track my calories for the most of the day. I used pen and paper and what I remembered to be calories allotted for the foods I eat to keep tally. I went back in today and put it all in the system - I was within 100 calories of the actual amount and stayed under for the day while not dropping below 1200 net. I had ice cream, a glass of wine, blue cheese...I ate! Feel free to check out my diary as it is public -- but boy, I got the most bang for my buck out of my cals yesterday

That tells me you have been honestly logging everything, and are very familiar with the calorie counts. Good for you!! Life is going to happen sometimes, and it's what we do in those situations that will make the biggest difference.

    Keep up the great work!
