Exercise NSV!

For the past 4 years I have lived on a busy freeway, 10 miles from the closest town and had no place to walk. I moved about a month ago and have kept telling my 2-year-old, 100 pound, German Shepherd that if it ever got below 75 degrees we were gonna walk ... well we did it!!!

We did almost 3.5 miles in about an hour and that was with me practically pulling him the last mile!!! I whooped his butt!!! I kept telling him that if he didn't pick up the pace I was gonna make him do the walk twice a day until he got used to it LOL! I actually had to motivate my dog rather than my dog motivating me!!! Whoo hooo!

    That's awesome! I neglect my poor pup. I need to take him with me next time I take the baby out for a walk in the stroller.
