Plateau is BUSTED!

I joined MFP in January of 2011 and quickly lost 83 pounds. Then I hit the dreaded plateau. I tried everything. I did zigzagging calories, changed my workouts, spiked calories, drank more water, increased strength training, increased calories, ate all my exercise calories, cut back on them, you name it and I tried it. A few months ago I saw Tim Ferriss on Dr. Oz. I was interested in what he had to say but I was losing fine and let well enough alone. Then when I was 5 weeks into my plateau I decided to give his diet a try for at least one week to see if the scale would budge. Budge it did! As of one full week I am very happy to say I have kicked 4 more pounds to the curb and now down a total of 87 pounds! Going for another week on the diet to see if I can have another great week.

    that is great news!!. I'll be sure to try the diet when I get to a plateau..oh wait I don't know what the diet it is..I'll find it
