I'm truly :brokenheart: when I see that one of my Friends on Mfp has not logged in for 20 days or more... I know this journey can be a rough one but to those who stick it out everyday, I'm super proud! :glasses: Lets pour out 4.oz of water for our Buds in hopes that they are staying on track or return to us soon Lol...(not a joking matter but just trying to make light of the situation) =) Keep Motivating one another!!! My friends on here really keep me sane...I have no clue what I'd do without them!:smooched: Having somewhere who is where you are in your life is definitely priceless!

    i always end up deleting the people who havent logged in for like 2 months.

    I totally understand! I've been on here for almost 180 days straight and I can't imagine life without it now! My life is crazy busy, but I was SO tired of being the way I was 6 months ago! I guess that's part of the committment...hitting your final breaking point vs. just trying to get fit because you know you should! Keep up your great committment!!
