Don't you just love a good salad?? I do. This is my lunch for today, only 331 calories and I am so stuffed!!! See my diary for detailed ingredients!!

That salad does sound and look delicious. Never use to be much of a salad lover put really love meat and fish salads now. May have to invests in some of those (english equivalent) ingredients sometime this week.

I make a tasty salad: lettuce, chopped red onion, chopped apples, blue cheese crumbles, chicken if you have it, and yogurt dressing. Mine was 150 calories without the chicken today (or 250 with chicken).0

Yummy looking salad!
and I HATE to sound negative, but you might want to look at the sodium levels. For that ONE salad, you are almost at 3400mg. all that processed meat with salad dressing can kill ya. Just a suggestion. Maybe try homemade grilled chicken or even fresh grilled salmon.

i had the yummiest taco salad yesterday! lots of romaine & baby spinach, ground lean turkey with taco seasoning, 1/4 cup black beans, a hardboiled egg, 1/4 cup fat free cheese and 2 tbsp fat free sour cream. according to MFP, it was ~300 calories, 21 grams of carbs, 11 grams of fat & 31 grams of protein! it kept me full until dinner, which is pretty rare.
today i had another mixture of romaine/baby spinach with cut up boar's head reduced sodium turkey, green grapes, a hardboiled egg, 1/4 cup fat free cheese & light italian dressing.
you'd think i'd be bored of salads already, but surprisingly, i'm on a kick.0
