    I have done it with brown rice, what I did was use cooked rice and then eliminated the water and only cooked it for 30mins.
    I am sure that you can use uncooked brown rice, but I wasnt sure how long it would take to cook the rice so I havent tried it yet...let me know if it works!!

    im here to testify! this is good! my 11 year old daughter said with a mouth full "omg this is so good!" However i switched it up. Instead of putting rice in it i made it minus the water and rice and we put it on tortillas. Took me 20 minutes TOTAL!

    You can leave the beans out and it still tastes good....I have done that and just added diced green pepper and used a little more meat.
