OT: The best hospital in Santa Monica, Ca area?

We are moving to Venice beach and I am looking for Great place to work. The hospital I work at now is outstanding, the patient care is amazing and they treat their employees like humans they have a very good reputation. I am spoiled now I have high expectations for my new employer. What hospital would you reccommend working at, and why. If you never worked in a hospital why do you choose to be a patient at a certain hospital? Oh yeah where would you NOT work or be a patient, and why.

I know this is off topic but I figure I am changing my eating/excercise habits, I am starting to feel pretty good about myself and I don't want a new job that sucks and my emotional health goes down the drain. Kwim? Any input would be great.

I suggest CEDAR-SINAI of LA but it's closer to Beverly Hills CA ...
