To get my HRM and my 30 day shred dvd-- It is gonna be all business for me by the middle of next week- I am taking it easy this week trying to keep my calories in order I keep going over a bit everyday still less than I usually ( I can pack some food away) but I would really like to be able to just eat my calories everyday and not go over especially since I am not working out this week but I will keep logging every single day--

I cant wait to get this butt kicking workout I am game for the 30 day challenge everyday for 30 days- no pain no gain and no rest days cant wait hopefully I can get out of this funk I am in
