Viewing friend's diaries??

I was wondering, if you are friends with someone, can you view their food diary??

    You can view it only if they make it public so anyone who can view their profile can view their food diary. If you're friends with someone and you can't see their diary, then they have it set to private so only they or certain other people with passwords can see it.

    If they have it set so that friends can view the diary....it's a setting.

    I love viewing others diaries! It gives me ideas on what to eat and how many calories they have!

    I am a open book. Look away. Oh and I look at other diaries. It helps with ideas. If I start hiding things from you guys, I don't need to be here.I love mfp

    Like others have said, it depends on each member's settings. I keep my diary open to all -- I care not what someone thinks about what I eat. And I like looking at other members diaries. It gives me ideas and although I am slow to change, I try to get new foods in my daily regimen.
