Best Scale?

I am having a really hard time finding a good scale. Right now I have a dial scale and depending on how I stand on it depends on how it reads. I use to have a digital scale, I believe it was made by Taylor. It worked great for 6 months but then it would be 2-3 lbs off and gradually get worse. I know because I would be weighed at the doctors and then immediately after I would weigh myself again on my bathroom scale. I would not eat or drink anything between the two.
What bathroom scale have you found to be the most accurate?

I don't have a digital scale, just an older dial type.
I stand on it ONCE a day (AM, before I eat anything, after going to the bathroom). I do step every day but that's because I like to see the fluctuation based on what I ate so I can correct things, I don't obsess about it though, which is why many people step on the scale only once a week.
Since our bodies fluctuate weight, from hour to hour, and day to day any scale will give you different readings here and there. The best bet is to pick a time to weigh and only weigh then. Oh and don't move the scale, leave it in one place and don't touch it other than to weigh.0 -

I think the best weight scale would have to be the Quantum scale (digital). What's interesting about this scale, besides all the cute colors it comes in, is that it measures by how much weight you've lost (i.e., -4 lbs.) rather than displaying a 2-3 digit number. This keeps people more motivated, and it's highly recommended by Dr. Oz ^___^ I love his show!
I don't think I can post links, so if you're interested, feel free to look it up!0 -
Well...I can tell you what I think is most accurate, but I don't know the price.
Currently at my house, we have the doctor's scale. Not the new ones that just plug into the wall, but the ones where you move the weights yourself until they balance perfectly. I think these are the best accuracy because humidity and electricity do not play a part in the measurements. ((Batteries slowly die and give false readings and on the scales, usually humidity will do something to the springs...)0 -
When my bathroom scale reads different it's after stepping off and then literally right back on.0
