I just got done having a protein shake an I'm full. I normally eat ONLY when I'm hungry but I go to my kitchen and there are like crackers and everything in my pantry. My mom said she went to the store and to help myself. Im full but I did snag a few, I feel so guilty. Does anyone else have this issue where you cut yourself off then have more servings?

I'm chugging water to flush it all out when I sleep.

I never feel guilty...having struggled with an ED (and still do on occasion)....I accept it and move on. Sometimes I do truly eat out of boredom...when I do I try to go for crunchy veggies...celery, cucumbers, carrots that are low in cals so I can just have that 'hand to mouth' action, lol. I've learned to stay away from crackers and such when it gets later in the evening.

I had a ED too. I need to eat before I sleep or I'll wake up in the middle of the night and can't sleep. My blood sugar will get really low. I just hate feeling full because I feel like I over ate.

    Pkarim- I love water. :)
  • Always! I'm home for the summer from college and, while eating healthy at school is pretty challenging, I usually do pretty well...but now that I'm home, my parents are smothering me in unhealthy foods! I just try to eat healthy snacks--fruits, veggies and nuts. An apple sliced up with peanut butter as a dip usually helps me to curb my salt craving.

In college I gain the freshman 30 not the 15. Lol
