What is your heartrate when you train running long distance?

I average about 133 to 140 for over 70% of my run. Not performance, more endurance and weight loss. But I did develop a blister so I am not thrilled with that. lol. (I never developed a blister before trying to improve my heart rate)0

When I go for long runs such as 20km or greater I average around 150bpm and anything less than 14km I can manage 170bpm for the duration of the run. It will differ for everyone and mine are only that high as I've been training running for years and do long triathlons. Find a pace you can sustain for 30 minutes with legs burning but you don't slow and then subtract 20 bpm from that for a rough aerobic threshold for long runs0
