so.... some people just want to be thinner, which is cool. But I (also) want like a big, fantastic athlete's butt . What exercises would you recommend? :embarassed:

    Squats! And there are also A LOT of dance exercises (i.e. ballet) that help with that. Dancers have AMAZING butts. And bodies.:)

    Heavy Squats, Lunges and Deadlifts :D Everything that works most of your legs to burn lots of fat and especially the squats and lunges work the glutes

    Squats and lunges! Any martial art that has lots of horse-riding stance and long stances will give you a great butt. :glasses:

    Walk up hills. Steep hills. Also, check out the Lotte Berk Method DVD called High Round Assets.
