Had my fitness pal on my phone for a while. first time I've got on the web. Trying to lose 10kgs. I go well for a week or 2 then go back to bad habits! thought I'd jump online to try and get some support! Cheers

  • Well good luck on your weight loss journey:happy: . Its hard and can be slow but if you take it one day (sometimes one meal or activity) at a time its a little easier.
