Cheesy fish pie :)

Options
361 calories per serving, 1.2% fat, serves 4, prep time 10mins, cooking time 40mins.

450g potatos
600ml milk
1 tbsp chives
450g chunky white fish
50g frozen peas
1 tbsp parsley
1-2 tbsp cornflour
1 tbsp stock powder
50g rosemary conely cheese ( available on her website)

-Pre heat oven to 200c gas mark 6
-boil the potatos, then drain
-mash potatos adding the chives and a little milk
-cut fish into chuncks and place in bottom of a dish
-add the peas with the parsely
-heat the milk
-add the cornflour with a little extra milkand wisk into the hot milk.
-stir in the stock powder then pour over the fish
-top with the mash potato, sprinkle with cheese and bake for 20mins.
