minced beef and onion pie!!!!

349 calories per serving, 3.6% fat, serves 4, prep time 15min, cooking time 60mins.
400g minced beef
2 onions (diced)
1 garlic clove (crushed)
2 tbsp thyme
600ml beef stock
2 tbsp gravy granules
200g mushrooms
300g carrots
4 sheets filo pastry
-pre heat the over to 190c, gas mark 5
-pre heat non stick pan
-dry fry beef until borwn (drain fat)
-cook onions then return beef to the pan, also adding the garlic
-pour in the beef stock and sprinkle in the gravy granules.
-mix well and cook for a minute.
-add the mushrooms and carrots - simmer for 15mins to let the mixture thicken
-transfer to an oven proof dish
-layer the filo pastry on top, spray with 1 cal oil, spray between each layer
-bake until golden for 20-30mins
