400 calories per serving, 5% fat, serrves 1

100g minced beef
hald onion
1 garlic clove
half red pepper
quarter jar light pasta sauce
200g chopped tomatos
45g uncooked pasta
1 stock cube

-fry the beef (drain fat)
-add the onion, garlic, red pepper to the pan and dry fry until soft
-stir in the pasta sauce and chopped tomatos and simmer for 10mins
-serve with the pasta
