spicy chicken pasta

400 calories per serving, 5% fat, serves 1

110g minced chicken
half onion
1 garlic clove
1 pepper
400g chopped tomatos
half small chillie
dash of worcestershire sauce
45g uncooked pasta shapes
1 vegetable stock cube

-pre heat frying pan
-fly the chick with the onion until cooked
-add the garlic, pepper, chopped tomatoes, chilli and worcestershire sauce
-allow to simmer for 5mins
-serve with pasta shapes
