Hi I been on this site for about a month or 2 but not really been using it to the full and if i been a bit bad with my food then i dont log it. but starting from today I am aiming to put a 110% in to my diet as i am doing this to have a baby. I have PCOS and been trying for the last 6 years to have a baby. I been told to lose 4 stone then I can go for IVF as my MBI is 36.09 and the cut off point is at 35 but I really need to have a BMI at a lest 30 I lost nearly a stone on my own, but keep slipping back to bad habbits and eating the wrong food as it easier to cook, using the excuse that I need to studyand that i am in a full time job and started to put a little back on but this isnt an excuse it really that i have been being lazy to pre pare the food when i do have time.
