I attended my first Combat class today with is a mixure of boxercise, aerobics and martial arts. About half way through the class I had a brief moment of 'seeing stars'. This is my first real energetic work out in the 2 weeks I have been at the gym - the instructor was unrelenting! Should I worry or just put it down to my body having a bit of a shock?

you could have a vitamin deficiency.. i think vitamin B or D makes you kind of black out... i have it all the time. if i stand up too fast i feel like im blackingout but i dont..0

I wouldn't worry but I would recommend you take it a bit easier. I'm guessing you felt a bit dizzy any maybe things went a bit grey? It most likely just a fitness thing, and you'll get past it. But push to hard and you could wind up blacking out.0
