Hi everyone, I heard about this site from a friend and I like how user friendly it is. I am willing to give it a try so that I can organize my fitness plan before my next semester starts. I am an adult student and I work full time as well so I find it a little too easy to stress eat and rely on fast food. No classes this summer so I am trying to heal mind, body and spirit and prepare. Planning ahead always helps me so I am determined to take this attitude into my next semester. I am fitting exercise and good eating habits into my self care plan. I have diabetes and high blood pressure that are currently controlled by medication. I am aiming to reduce or eliminate the need for the meds in 2012. Thanks for letting me share!
