NSV sooner than expected

This is my first NSV - I'm really impressed with everyone's success stories, and how motivating they are, so thought I'd add mine.

On Thursday last week, I got caught in a torrential downpour on my way to work. I had my umbrella, but heavy rain bounces and my skirt was soaking by the time I got there. I work in town, so nipped into the nearby department store to see if there was a cheap skirt in the sale (any excuse!) I saw one, but it was a size 14 (UK) and my heart sank as it was lovely and heavily discounted. Something made me try it on anyway.

Not only did it fit, it fit COMFORTABLY and all afternoon people were saying how nice it was. My little moment of win, and it helped me realise that I CAN do this
